Another efficient and effective link building strategy is to leave “comments” on dofollow blogs. Dofollow Blogs are those that don’t implement the “Nofollow” attribute in their links.
In an effort to make our lives easier, I have compiled a list of dofollow blogs. Every time you leave your comments on their posts you get Google juice in return. Just make sure you don’t spam any of them or your efforts will be wasted. They’ve all installed Akismet and they all moderate comments.

Thanks for including me in your list. I do have one question and it’s not meant to be a complaint more that I am curious.
I am just wondering why you posted a list of blogs that allow follow, and made all of the links to the sites themselves as nofollow. Wouldn’t you have more chance of getting links back to your own article if you gave some link love back to those sites?
As I say I do apprecaite the link back and I am just curious if this is a deliberate SEO strategy.

I do give link love but I made the list nofollow because there are too many links in this page. I guess you can call it “for SEO purposes”. I’ve always been using the nofollow attribute every time I make a list of websites and link to them.
Thanks for the inclusions – I do have to state that my blog is DoFollow ONLY after 3 approved comments and I do control what comments are approved and what I consider spam – gone without consideration

I have a PR4 blog that is DoFollow, but there is a trick to it. You have to select the option for name/url when commenting. That is the only DoFollow link in a comment. If you use your Blogger identity when commenting, you will not get the benefit of a DoFollow link to where you want. It will end up pointing at your Blogger profile, instead. So make sure you select the correct option.
The links appearing in the body of your comment will still be NoFollow, and there isn’t anything I can do about that to change it.
Additionally, I delete all lame comments and obvious spam, so if you want that DoFollow link, you are going to have to work a little for it.
I also have DoFollow links for top Entrecard droppers AND recent droppers.
And if your blog catches my eye and I really like it, you might get 2 more DoFollow links if I add you to my dynamic blogroll, which displays a link to your main page and one to your most recent post, with the 5 most recently updated blogs showing and the rest hiding in a collapsed list. (it’s still there and still DoFollow, but visitors will not see it unless they click a link to show all. Search engines will always see it, regardless)
And if you tweet a link to any of my posts, you’ll get a DoFollow link to your twitter profile for awhile, on the page of the post you tweeted about.
